Cardiac Amyloidosis in the Modern Era: Pathophysiology, Diagnosis, and Evolving Therapeutic Strategies

A comprehensive narrative review examining the pathophysiological mechanisms of cardiac amyloidosis — a complex infiltrative cardiomyopathy caused by misfolded protein deposition. The review analyses advances in cardiac imaging modalities (echocardiography, cardiac MRI, nuclear scintigraphy), biomarker-based early diagnosis, and the rapidly evolving therapeutic landscape including tafamidis, ATTR silencers, and emerging RNA-based therapies. Conducted in international collaboration with the American Academy of Research & Academics (AARA) and IMG Helping Hands™.

Medical Research & Publication Society

The Medical Research & Publication Society (MRPS) of the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy (KSMA) was established under my directorship to create a structured, institution-backed research and publication ecosystem for medical students and faculty.

MRPS serves as the official research and publication body of KSMA — directing scientific strategy, coordinating research projects, supporting academic publication pipelines, and fostering inter-university collaboration across Central Asia and beyond.

As Founding Director-General, I oversee the organisation's scientific direction, administrative structure, and external representation — building MRPS into a recognised academic institution in the region.
